We work according to scheduled appointments, but will accommodate emergencies at short notice wherever possible. Please explain the nature of the problem to the receptionist. It is preferred that the patient reports a few minutes early, in order to complete certain necessary administrative procedures.
We realise that your time is valuable, and we will endeavour to run according to schedule, but, please bear in mind that emergencies and unforeseeable treatment difficulties may arise.
We appeal to you to offer adequate notice in the cancellation of appointments, as it is very disrupting to sit idle when we could be offering treatment to another patient. On occasion when appointments must be cancelled please let the receptionist know as timeously as possible.
